Introduction to the Philosophical Investigation of Being in Organizations

Abstract

In this chapter the relevance of an ontological discussion about organizations is established along with a brief description of the sources of philosophical inspiration for the book. The structure of the book is presented as it examines some of the perspectives on organizational life and existence as a human being.
