Abstract

Pediatric single-incision pediatric endosurgery (SIPES) appendectomy has recently gained popularity due to its advantages over the traditional 3-port approach. In addition to the traditional single port systems, noncommercial glove ports can be used as a cost-effective method enabling improved ergonomics.
