Abstract
The analysis of the vibration performance of the cutter frame system is of great significance in the research of sugarcane harvester. Previous studies have shown that the smaller the vibration of the cutter frame system, the better the quality of sugarcane cutting. In this paper, the vibration mechanism of the cutter frame system is analyzed. Through theoretical analysis, the optimal suspension point of the cutter frame is obtained based on the mathematical model established. Then based on ADAMS software, under complex excitations of field excitation, engine excitation, sugarcane cutting excitation, and comprehensive excitation, the vibration characteristics of the cutter frame system in three suspension positions were simulated and analyzed, and the optimal suspension point was finally determined.
