Abstract

In this article, the authors considered the visualization of technology for building a management system for the innovative start-up “SPERO”, which implies the organization of access to the technological platform for calculating indicators of IVF procedures for own and partner clinics. In the article, the visualized models of business architecture of top level, chain models of value creation, models of financial streams are presented. The authors emphasize that the effective construction of activities is possible through the correct construction of the business architecture of the project, which is actively promoted by visualization.
