Abstract

Nowadays, the belt conveyors are used in many areas and regions, and it is impossible to imagine production without it. Designing a conveyor is a long and time-consuming process, which starts with the initial calculation and selection of the necessary parameters, depending on the calculated and initial data. For its implementation, a design engineer needs to carry out a lot of calculations, upon which not only on the performance of the machine, but also its final cost will depend. Without considering the fact that an engineer can make a mistake, it is necessary to calculate many layout options and choose the most optimal one, while designing the conveyor. In fact, to find the best option, it is necessary to carry out from 10 to 20 calculations with different layouts. The labor costs for these calculations are enormous, and moreover, not every engineer is able to perform such calculations and choose the optimal parameters. We have created a program for automated conveyors calculation, which helps to choose the most optimal parameters for the conveyor.
