Abstract
Thailand has been recognized as one of the world’s strongest health care security systems with a wide community network covering the entire country. However, the development of palliative care is still far behind countries with best-quality standards. A strong community network, the implementation of scaling up education at every level and creating a strong palliative care network would provide access to community palliative care for the whole country.
