Abstract
The research question of this book is whether the FILPE with a foreign corporate general partner as an enterprise form fulfils legal personality, limited liability and transferable ownership interest as three important characteristics of a standard corporate form. The results of the detailed analysis of the specific legal issues which arise with regard to this research question, conducted in the light of the overall legal framework under which a FILPE operates, are summarised in six points.
