Abstract

Itch is a common problem in the care of scleroderma patients. It is associated with considerable disability, affecting sleep, well-being, and exacerbating depressive moods. A practical approach from a dermatologist’s perspective will be presented, with special focus on differential diagnosis and appropriate stepwise management.
