Abstract

Evidence is clearly not in line with most of the therapeutic claims made by chiropractors (Chaps. 1012). Yet, few chiropractors seem worried about this fact; they tend to believe that their daily experience (and that of thousands of their colleagues as well as millions of patients) holds information about the effectiveness of their spinal manipulations.
