Abstract

Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is a form of granulomatous vasculitis that affects small- and medium-sized vessels in many organs but most commonly affects the upper respiratory tract and the kidneys. Ocular disease can be the presenting or even the only clinically apparent manifestation; it can involve any part of the eye.
