Abstract
Seronegative spondyloarthropathies are a group of disorders characterized by inflammation of the spine, pelvis, or peripheral joints, lack of RF positivity, and association of the HLA-B27 haplotype. There is a tendency for ocular inflammation (typically anterior uveitis). Enteropathies include ankylosing spondylitis (AS), reactive arthritis (ReA) (formerly Reiter’s syndrome), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), enteropathic arthritis (EA) including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and juvenile-onset spondyloarthropathies (JSA).
