Abstract

As environments and situations come to change frequently and extensively and furthermore unpredictably, Adaptability becomes a keyword today. And decreasing birthrate and aging population cause many issues such as decreasing workforce. What makes matters worse, our resources are quickly running out. Thus, Sustainability becomes another keyword. But “Sustain” means to keep the present level and “Adapt” means to follow the changes in the outside world.
