Abstract

The article discusses which central importance is attached to reflection and reflection competence based on current discussions about and the use of agile management methods. The focus is on the implementation of instruments to promote innovation and improve quality. In this context, the different forms of organizational cultures play a determining role. Against this background, the results of an empirical study as well as the structural model of economic didactics, economic didactic conclusions for the promotion of reflection competence are worked out regarding teaching and learning objectives, topic, methodology, addressee system and teaching and learning control.
