Abstract
A 54-year-old man with no relevant medical history presented to our dermatology clinic complaining of a growing mass in his left foot. He referenced a 4-year evolution with a small black “nevus”. One year before the consultation, the lesion started growing, with occasional bleeding and pain. The patient had lost 7 kg of non-intentional body weight during the last 3 months.
