Abstract

A 55-year-old woman was admitted to the Department of Dermatology because of pigmented lesion within the nail plate of the fourth digit of the left hand. It was her first visit to a dermatology clinic, although the longitudinal melanonychia has persisted and grown slowly for about 3 years. She neither suffer from any chronic diseases nor report any additional subjective symptoms.
