Abstract
Solid organ transplantation has dramatically altered the natural history of end-organ failure. Primary care providers play an important role in the care of solid organ transplant recipients, including management of chronic conditions, delivery of preventive healthcare, and assessment of acute illnesses. This book provides guidance to primary care providers who care for solid organ transplant recipients.
