Abstract
The objective of this research is to design a set of smart programming learning and instruction APP platform. The designed programming learning mobile device APP not only provides step-by-step instructions in different topics, and instructional steps guided by program logic, but also has program example explanations for learners’ reference to improve their programming logic. The other purpose of the research is to provide diversified learning methods, strengthen the knowledge and conceptual teaching of college students with IT-based fundamental concepts, improve learners’ willingness and interest in learning, and test their learning effectiveness. Because students have the habit of carrying mobile phones and using mobile phones to query online information, therefore, teaching through E-Learning apps can reduce the difficulty of experiments. The design of APP-based instruction methods also increases students’ interest in learning. According to the experimental results, when using this APP instruction platform, students test their learning achievements, effectiveness, and satisfaction after using APP’s online learning and teaching. All of them have significant help for students’ learning.
