Abstract

All of the chronic diseases we currently treat have national or international guideline to help guide our treatment decisions. Obesity does as well. Due to all the non-evidence based treatment being offered in the “over-the-counter” options and even by our healthcare peers it is critical that we are all familiar with the guidance being provided by the national guidelines.

EVEN IF YOU’RE ON THE RIGHT TRACK YOU’LL GET RUN OVER IF YOU JUST SIT STILL.
