Abstract
Collaboration is a process to describe when two or more people or organizations work together toward a common goal. In academia, collaboration is often used interchangeably with cooperation, and at a very high level, refers to an agreement or understanding to work together. With more precise terminology, we can better articulate the nature of the business collaboration between the two parties:
