Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair in a Patient with a Pelvic Kidney

Abstract

Open repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm in a patient with associated pelvic kidney was carried out by reimplantation of two renal arteries to pelvic kidney with iliac anastomoses using a common cuff. Postoperative nuclear study showed preserved arterial flow to pelvic kidney.
