Abstract

The aim of the article is the optimization of load on transport corridor and the artery of the city by organizing the interaction of railway and urban transport, taking as an example the city route of Nur-Sultan [2]. In the result, the model has been worked out and the effectiveness of including a railway corridor with rail buses running along into the urban network of passenger transport has been proved. To improve the quality of the services provided in the article, it is additionally proposed to open a combined railway bus route and calculate its cost [3, 4]. The maximum network flow was calculated for the given initial conditions. Subsequently, by modeling the inclusion of additional branches that are other transport corridors into the algorithm, the possibility of increasing the maximum flow with a simultaneous improvement in the quality of urban passenger transport services was shown.
