Abstract

Burn rehabilitation is a key component of burn management across the spectrum of care. Burn caregivers should be aware of the short- and long-term impact of wound maturation and scarring and the consequences for functional recovery and quality of life, as well as techniques for preventing and treating burn-associated impairments.
