Abstract

Nowadays the development of mobile communications is proceeding at an accelerating pace. Cellular operators are no longer limited to providing only basic voice services and short text or multimedia messages. So-called digital value-added services have become more popular among cellular subscribers. A subscriber who has a phone with two SIM cards of different operators can choose which provider to use at the current moment of time. At the same time, in the conditions of a uniform network coverage area and the same quality of cellular communication services, only the service price has a significant effect on the consumer’s choice.
