Abstract

The author’s approach to the issues of time parameters optimization of the distribution of freight traffic in the regional railway transport and technological system, taking into account infrastructure indicators and economic and geographical parameters of cargo accumulation, is presented. A transportation process model has been formed, which is a two-criterion problem of integer mathematical programming. The procedure for finding the optimal plan of grain cargo flows by two time criteria was brought to numerical results using software.
