Abstract

The approach to the description of semi-structured socio-economic indicators is proposed, which is formulated on the example of the indicator “Average income” in a hypothetical company based on the weighted average estimation of employees’ salaries. In the framework of this approach, the distribution function of the weights of employees’ salaries is identified as a self-similar solution of a partial differential equation with initial and boundary conditions, which also initiates the membership function of a fuzzy set describing the indicator under consideration.
