In the original version of the book, the following belated corrections have been incorporated:

In chapter 2, the term “d_{round m}” has been replaced with “d_{round_m}” and “d_{maxTickOffset m}” has been replaced with “d_{maxTickOffset_m}.”

In chapter 4, Figures 4.4 and 4.5 have been replaced.
