Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the prospects of legal regulation of digitalization of labor relations in agribusiness, protection of labor rights in connection with the introduction of electronic personnel document management. The leading approaches to the study of this problem are the method of legal analysis, generalization, interpretation of law. As a result of the study, the authors made a number of conclusions. In particular, the necessity of digitalization of labor relations in agribusiness is obvious and not in doubt, but it is important not to allow the employer sought economic benefits in the replacement of employees on digital technology, since “digit” does not have to displace one of the parties of the employment relationship – the employee. Digitalization of labor relations in agribusiness will inevitably entail the need to protect personal data of employees, provide employees with enhanced qualified signatures, establish the maximum degree of protection of documents on labor activity of employees. Digitalization of labor relations in agribusiness is a costly but promising process for the employer in order to prevent violations of labor rights. However, it is not advisable to robotize (the highest degree of digitalization) labor relations, for example, in the field of plant and animal breeding, veterinary services, production of mineral fertilizers.
