Abstract
The interview is not over even after it is done. Post-interview follow-up is essential for the applicants in order to emphasize their interest in the program and improve their matching chances. This time-period can be utilized by the applicants to evaluate the program where they intend to spend their next 3–4 years of residency. With this chapter we aim to highlight the key points essential to evaluate a program. We also highlight special tips for writing corresponding emails to the programs to help them follow up effectively with the program.
