Abstract
The current state of investment activity is characterized by low innovation, institutional incompleteness, inconsistency and imbalance of technological, economic and social aspects, thus causing us, on the basis of scientific and practical works, to update the importance of systematization of knowledge in the investment sphere of the healthcare sector in Ukraine with the identification of the main aspects.
We have also considered the conceptual foundations of the health sector investment capacity, generalization of which will make it possible to form the proper theoretical and methodological basis of investment development technology based on the research of the medical industry business entities’ investment activity tendencies. It has been found that investments in health care should correlate with the scientific substantiation and practical implementation of new management methods that would improve the infrastructure capacity of the healthcare sector, modernize the medical facilities, create new means of production based on modern technology and advanced technologies, and intensify socio-economic investment strategy development.
The research proposes an investment model, aimed at maintaining high investment activity and relative improvement of the region’s competitiveness.
Based on the devised management model of the regional medical industry development using a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations with two distributed delays, the authors conducted a qualitative analysis, found three stationary states and presented their economic interpretation. The presented model is investigated for the stability of its solutions and the quantitative research on Ternopil region medical industry management model has been carried out.
