Abstract
This work concerns of some aspects of the customer relationship management system for mobile virtual network operators. The aim of this work is to present a model of a cloud based customer relationship management system dedicated to mobile virtual network operators that will be integrating and using customer information obtained from mobile network operators. The system is developed into cloud environment, which allows for easy flow of data between mobile virtual network operators and a mobile network operators.
