Abstract
A 39-year-old woman, G8P7, with polyhydramnios and von Willebrand disease (vWD) type 1 (L-1), is admitted in early labor [1, 2]. Her obstetrician had told her to come into Labor & Delivery at the first sign of labor. She is an obese and cheerful patient who tells everyone that this is her last baby and that this one had been a “wonderful accident.”
