Abstract

Organomegaly can be a helpful finding when it comes to helping clinicians reach a diagnosis. While most clinicians would rely on a physical exam to pick up organomegaly, sometimes a patient’s body habitus or the inability to perform a physical exam stands in the way. It is important to keep in mind while reporting measurements that the normal size ranges differ with gender and with each age group.
