Abstract

The Anthropocene is marked by technological development and enthusiasm as well as global crises fostering fear and distrust, alienation and singularization of people. Managers running change processes have to be aware of such influences from the world around them, designing and facilitating powerful interventions, transferring the three pillars of organization and leadership into valuable experiences: Credible and inspiring purpose, travelling organization as shared endeavour, connecting resources and experiencing joint success. The article gives examples for corresponding events and behaviours.
