Abstract

The cyber-attacks in smart grid can be so vulnerable and has the potential to damage the complete power network as well as the utilities of the consumers that are connected to that power network. Blind false data is injected into the communication network with the help of measurement matrix. However, some of the entries of the measurement matrix might get lost during the collection of measurement vectors. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to complete the measurement matrix with missing data. The simulations are done and results are shown quantitative in comparison with the complete data. To establish the effectiveness of our technique, we calculate the accuracy by using Bad Data Detection.
