Abstract
The people’s mindset of values reflects the way of thinking and acting. The mindset of Western managers is quite different from that of Japanese managers. This derives from cultural background and has also been a direct consequence of scholastic education. Let us have a look at two examples, the first one how to approach problems, and the second one how to prioritize targets.
