Abstract
Distal humerus fractures are complex injuries and range from simple uni-condylar fractures to comminuted intra-articular fractures. Treatment of these injuries requires understanding of the anatomy of the distal humerus, approaches, need for olecranon osteotomy and multiplanar fixation.
