Abstract
Radial head and neck fractures present a wide spectrum of injury, ranging from relatively innocuous to those which are unreconstructable. Fractures that create a block to elbow motion, as well as those with significant angulation or displacement, may be indicated for surgical treatment in the form of ORIF or radial head arthroplasty. Here, we present a case treated with open reduction and internal fixation.
