Abstract
To complement the intention of addressing real-world problems through rigorous and relevant methods, we iterated a Design Science Research in four companies with international outreach in developed and developing Europe. The tactical management issues have been identified and addressed, in direct collaboration with the top, middle, and operational managers. Our collaborates have been introduced to the DENICA method and the Sense-and-Respond framework and have been guided and coached throughout the implementation and process of use. We observed the behavior of the managerial system in strategic and tactical terms, both managerially and informationally. In this chapter, we will present the actual developments, and how all stakeholders’ understanding evolved through time.
