Abstract
This chapter discusses the field of disability rather than broader diversity, not always a bad thing, as disability is often seen as the more awkward of the strands. It is written by Simon who is a visibly disabled person himself, so he claims a natural fit. He has worked internationally for 15 years, visiting over 20 countries from Albania to Ukraine and China to Oman. Some trips have been with British Council, but he also works with international corporations such as Google, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and McDonalds.
