Abstract
This paper presents an experience in application of electrical equipment condition estimation. With the transition to the system of the electrical equipment repair to condition-based maintenance (c) system and the introduction of the system of planning the resources of enterprise in FGC UES Company planning measures for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment rose to qualitatively different level and, as consequence increased the requirements, presented to the estimation of equipment state.
Diagnostics specialists faced a complex of issues, without solution of which was impossible the realization of all effective tools of the productive system automatic control system (ASU) of maintenance and repair and final transition to CBM repair system.
The task lies in the fact that it is possible to decrease, or exclude faults with the use of information tools. By information tool in this work is implied software, located on a stationary PC or a laptop. As a whole by information tool it is possible to understand the specialized automated working place (further SAWP).
To make decisions such as to evaluating controlling influences can be only based on the estimation of technical condition state (TCS).
In the article the general relationship of errors is examined in those influencing the quality of the estimation of the technical condition state of electrical equipment and so the way of their decrease and of the eliminations of reasons, which cause errors. The use of special information tools (software) will make it possible to considerably decrease the subjective errors, which appear in the process TCS electrical equipment.
Making a decision about development and introduction in FGC Company of the tools of similar SAWP is extremely necessary, since TCS has a significant effect on the total effectiveness of company.
