Abstract
In the postoperative period, the guidance from the surgeons, anesthetist, physiotherapists, and general physicians should have one common aim: to obtain the best possible result for the patient, if possible in the shortest recovery period. Many choices today are affected by this fast recovery period. The management of the perioperative period is the result of good team work, and all efforts are made to keep the patient central.
