Abstract
Indications for a lateral opening wedge tibial osteotomy include: cases where an overcorrection has been made following a valgus-producing, lateral closing wedge high tibial osteotomy (Fig. 19.1a,b) or in valgus malunions following a tibial plateau fracture (Fig. 19.2).
