Communication Technologies in the Urban Culture of Perm

Abstract

Economic crisis leads to a reduction in living standards characterized by an increase in unemployment, an increase in retirement age, and a fall in purchasing power. At the same time, stable processes of social activity of different age group population and activation of the creative component of cultural institutions are observed. These processes are overseen by business interests. In conjunction with programs of cultural development in the organization of kinds and places of rest, leisure, education the principle «social activity - business – authority» is realized. This is manifested in the projects which improving the city’s image and life in it from the point of view of its residents. New thinking and technologies of designing and displaying the citizens’ cultural life guarantee preservation the principles of sustainable development of society, despite the actual decrease in living standards.
