Abstract

The aim of this work was to develop a new concept, a theoretical concept of the juridical act. To be more precise, I aimed to amass a working knowledge of this theoretical concept. In this conclusion, I will provide a summary of the knowledge amassed. First I will detail the delineation of the concept of the juridical act, second I will explain the performance of the juridical act, and the connection between the act and its consequences.
