Abstract

The algorithm of the method for realizing operational statistic control of technological process stability when growing grafted seedlings of fruit crops has been given. According to this method, the growing process stability is being defined by comparing real parameters values of seedling condition with normative ones. To define the optimal sample size of the controlled batch, it was proposed to use the cards for defining samples volumes. When these cards working out a priori risk of producer’s economic benefit loss has been taken into account. The cost of one seedling control has been taken into account as well as its productive cost value and its expected exit value. The level of technological process disorder is being defined by means of modified Shewhart control chart, where the average values of seedlings normalized controlled parameters are given. The results for defining the technological process disorder in cherry tree seedlings, being in “active growing” phonological stage, have been given. It enabled to apply corresponding corrective actions as well as to increase the quantity of the first commercial grade seedlings per 22%.
