Modern Development Paths of Agricultural Production

Abstract

It was proved in the article that labor productivity at agricultural enterprises grew during the investigated period and the basis for such a trend was the rise of production volumes. Studies show that a decrease in the number of workers at agricultural enterprises is expected and based on the assumption that current trends will continue. The cost of staff retention per worker increased by 3 times but still constituted a tiny share of current expenditures and a small percentage of company income was spent on these needs. The basic wage plays the main role in the structure of the labor wage fund at agro enterprises while the amount of bonuses fund is negligible which does not stimulate employees to improve the results of their activities. Among positive changes in the material stimulation of agrarians, it can be mentioned a steady tendency to increase both nominal and real wages; an increase in its relative weight in relation to both the average level of payment in the national economy and the minimum social standards; the absence of wages debts. On the other hand, among the negative characteristics material stimulation personnel of Ukranian agrarian enterprises there are relatively low wages and the weakness of the incentive effect additional wages fund. It is determined that the projected level of labor productivity in gross production in 2020 will vary from 212.4 to 605.4 thousand UAH per employee. Prediction in case of wages showed that nominal wages per month can be in the range between 10329.33 and 15628.07 UAH in 2020.
