Abstract

Mobilization under anaesthesia represents a widespread option in case of stiffness after joint substitution, especially in the setting of knee arthroplasty. Elbow stiffness after prosthetic substitution should be prevented with adequate surgical technique and, when present, should be addressed with attention to the causal factors.
