Abstract
There are four ways in which state actors could utilize the information in this book. Firstly, individual text-mining data and semantic analysis of their speeches and writings could assist them in objectively determining the effects of their own temperaments on their assessments of the resolve of other states. Secondly, they can apply this approach to the leaders of those other states. Thirdly, they could utilise the data concerning the trends in the happiness levels in the U.S. Congress or the British Parliament to assist them in determining the efficacy of their foreign policies. A caveat is that, although the U.S. data is current as of mid-2018, the British data only goes until 2005 and therefore the latter should be updated before it is extrapolated into the future. Fourthly, psycholinguistic research could be done on the corpora of the proceedings of national legislatures of other countries, such as France, Germany and Russia.
