Abstract

Aligning people is always also a question of leadership. Therefore, leading people is one of the core competencies also expected from leaders in religious institutions. In this chapter the authors show some theoretical models to get a broader understanding of leadership beyond the available experience. It also offers a model for reflecting on one’s own leadership situation.
