Abstract
This chapter aims at presenting and explaining the research approaches, research design and data collection methods used throughout the research work process. The study is composed of two main parts: The first part of the study consists of exploring and analysing the situation of corruption in Rwanda and has used an exploratory approach, while the second part involved experimental intervention and applied training as its research approach.
